Garner, NC – October 1, 2020 – Alpha Accounting LLC (“Alpha Accounting”) has completed the acquisition of BSH Accountants Inc and BSH Tax Services Inc (“BSH”) from Bonnie Henderson effective Tuesday September 8, 2020. BSH is located at 503 US Hwy 70, Suite N, Garner, NC 27529.

Bonnie Henderson will remain a member of the Alpha Accounting team as a leader in the tax department. Also joining Alpha Accounting will be Ronda Shaw from BSH Accountants Inc.
